I appreciate how hard they worked in moving furniture out of my place and then up 2 flights of stairs to new place.
They were 3 hours late and did not know that they would be until 10 minutes before expected arrival. I had to reschedule cleaning service coming right after because of delay.
They did not bring tools and I borrowed a neigh ors seen as my tools were already at my new place.
The manager was nice and one other worker worked hard and was nice as well.
I had to ask to lift furniture rather than drag it across my floor so that I would not have to pay for scratches. My new place door has scratched paint off of it from move inside. I will have to pay for that.
I like the idea of veterans working but I dont think I would go with them again.
I did tip them because having moved stuff of my own already the day before all day up 2 flights of stairs, I knew the task was not easy.

Monarch movers the worst company.. Anateurs who have no idea what they are doing. Thry broke my dresserr and my daughrers bed frane.. They hwve bo idea how to take spart furniture or put it back together.. Very disappointed

Phil and his crew were incredibly hard workers, who were extremely flexible with our 3-part move. Great guys with super attitudes. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a crew to help them move.
