* Late to show up 1 1/2 hours due to Chicago traffic
*Did not have any tools with them - basics - screwdrivers, etc as they said their toolkit had been stolen recently (I:m glad I didn't have anything to assemble).
*Requested a smoke break, which I allowed, but I had to ask them to get back to work after 10 minutes.
*Was on their phone a few times.

They arrived several hours after the scheduled time, although the company dispatcher did keep me up to date on revised ETAs, which I appreciated. The two movers were very careful with my belongings; quite experienced in the proper way to load a POD; and were conscientious about concerns I raised. It took 2.5 hours to load a 16-foot POD from a 2nd floor apartment.

These guys did a very efficient job at getting our moving truck unloaded and into our new home. They had good attitude, worked hard and got the job done well. No damage to any of the items they moved. They were a little bit late from another job that apparently ran long but they got everything unloaded so efficiently, it more than made up the time and we finished ahead of when I originally planned.

They just did not mess around! They dug into the work at hand without hesitation. Only took enough time to ask where items should be placed.
I really cannot say enough good things about the lead gentleman of the group. He gave clear instructions to his team to insure a very smooth quick unload!
