Harold and Nick were very good and knowledgeable. They loaded a 16' POD for us and did so very professionally and with minimal supervision. They were conscientious, quick and very flexible. We agreed to delay the loading for a day due to heavy rains and the next day they showed up on time and were prepared to work. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience with Universal Movers! They were great at communicating before our move, they arrived perfectly on-time, and they completed our unloading very efficiently, and with time to spare! They even offered to assemble our bed and furniture at no extra cost. As an added bonus, they were very friendly, energetic, and told great stories -- which we especially appreciated after our 12 hour drive from out of state. I would definitely recommend Universal Movers to anyone moving within the greater Cincinnati area.
