They were alright....nice enough but seemed to get a bit lazy pretty quick. Dropped one or two of my boxes and scraped some furniture. Last year I used a different service who sadly was not available this time around....but these guys were a little older and got the job done so fast and with no damages.

The helper is broke a couple of my things in my home now I have to fill out a complaint form on them did not use the pads that I bought to cover my refrigerator and ding that that all up and they don't even believe me when I told him they broke some things they believe they're stupid people that broke a lot of my things so they don't believe me do not use the service they have young people that don't care about other people's property guys were too young and immature did have no respect for other people's property do not use these people very dissatisfied

The two men who did this massive job were totally outstanding and awesome in every way. Malik and Mallay arrived early; they were 100% prepared to do the job; I have never seen two men work so hard; they were completely respectful of the items moved, even helping me to secure a glass coffee table which I did not know to prepare; they receive my 100% highest recommendation, endorsement, and respect, I cannot praise them enough. They were also very helpful in advising me about the whole process with PODS. Highly and thoroughly recommended without reservation. A+++. 10 Stars.

I hired 2 movers for 2 hours to load & unload 4 large items.
-3 days out: called & was told I would be contacted the night before
-Night before: didn't hear anything, called & left a voicemail & never heard back. Wasn't sure they were going to show between 9-10am as scheduled
-Day of move 9:30am: received a call asking if movers had arrived, suddenly they were having car trouble
-9:55am: received a call saying 1 of the movers was sick & asked if I could push the time back
-10:15am: received a call saying 2 movers were on their way
-10:30am: 2 movers arrived & let us know that they work on call & were contacted a few minutes prior to arriving
-Item #1 King Bed: was successfully put in the trailer unharmed
-Item #2 Armoire: got 1 step down the stairs & asked for help. 1 of them dropped their end & drug it across concrete scratching up the bottom
-Item #3 Desk: shoved it into the trailer wall, scratching the corner
-Item #4 Treadmill: told us they weren't going to get it up the steps without help. Lifted the treadmill straight up & broke a light bulb
We were loaded & ready to go to our newly purchased & painted house we politely asked them not to come & sent them home. The owner did refund us & wanted us to reschedule for the next day saying he would send his best guys to unload but we opted not to. Book at your own risk but be prepared to do the lifting & fix your damaged furniture.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a phone call from the field manager within 24 hours of booking job. Our managers should ask the following questions. Do you need assembly or disassembly? do you need help with organization or packing? what items do you think we need for a dolly? how many stairs are in this move? and is there anything that you are worried about specifically in this move (any fragile items)
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
how ever many helpers the booked to show up in a timely manner and call ahead of the job they will be prepared, equipped & ready to work! Packing a truck so nothing moves or breaks along with making sure the customer is satisfied with our services. We do ask the client to let us do our job, we understand it can be a stressful experience but we are here to help and treat your belongings as our own.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure everything is boxed up and organized in a orderly fashion. Have a list for our movers to organize accordingly.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do anything from local moves, to cross country moves. Personally we have covered over 50 across state line moves along with over 500 in state moves ( within states we are located in 100 mile radius ) . We are not only a labor moving company but a full service moving company that provides the most cost efficient and top notch quality service. We move anything from offices , to houses, we also do market ready clean outs ( junk removals ) and we provide discounts to our military clients!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Not only is it amazing exercise but it gives me and my movers a chance to expand their minds and play Tetris in a way while packing and unpacking a truck/and or storage unit while working moving jobs. While working junk removal jobs it is a definite work out and way to release stress and built up tension.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We first teach them how to pack a truck, securing boxes making sure they don't crush/break anything, we teach them how to maneuver doorways without scratching the frame, we provide the best training of communication which is a major thing in this industry that alot of moving companies do not have, talking to your crew member making sure they are ok and can lift the item they are needing assistance with, We provide professionalism by staying off of our phones and focusing solely on the client

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
