Bust-A-Move is an excellent moving company and I would highly recommend them. I inlisted their services this week to unload my sons furniture and household items from a POD storage container and move the things into his new apartment in downtown Norfolk. There were unexpected delays on my end that caused me to push back the teams arrival time by several hours. Nick was very kind and accommodating and worked patiently with me. Once my situation was corrected, the moving team arrived in 5-10 minutes. The movers were prompt, curtious, careful, organized, quick and professional. I would definitely use Bust-A-Move for my moving needs in the future.

On time arrival-got right to work and completed job on time. But it was not until unloading time - in a different state - that we discovered the stuff loaded first (at the closed end of the POD) had collapsed toward the open end, causing something to break the drawer pull on one cabinet. And despite our having provided lots and LOTS of moving blankets* they didn't use one on a wooden piece, causing it to rub against the aluminum ladder it was placed next to, scraping a gouge out of it. *they actually put the pile of blankets that they didn't use into the POD at the door.

Curtis & Casper were beyond my expectations. They were on time, prepared, worked very, very hard and maintained an upbeat & helpful attitude throughout the loading process. Since the outdoor temperature was over 100 degrees, I needed to insist they drink the water offered and snacks. Because of both of their experience they were able to pack more than a 10' truck would normally hold. I've moved a lot in various states and Curtis & Casper raised the bar. They paid attention to boxes marked fragile, they were very respectful of my things, offering suggestions as to how to pack more carefully. I would highly recommend these individuals. I would, however, recommend that when providing location information over the phone when contracting services, be diligent in having them read back the information. Had an individual not called me the morning of my packing job, I would not have had the opportunity to let them know that when checking the confirmation e-mail I recv'd, "they" had typed my address incorrectly.

Paul and his crew showed up early and they worked in over 100 degree heat. They were always pleasant and never complained. They were extremely respectful of our things and they took exceptional care to pack our POD and maximize all the space they had!!! I will be asking for these guys specifically when our new home is done and need movers to move all our things out of the pod and into our new home in about 6 weeks!! Highly recommend!!' Worth every penny!!!

These people were so energetic and so skilled at the task of loading my PODS, that I specifically requested that they return to unload it at our new home. We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
