Cass and chad were very professional...they were stuck on another job and called to let us know they would be a little late...cane in and cared about our belongingS and chad even took a cut on the hand to save some furniture....will be doing wook them again and will be recommending them to anyone i know.VERY HARD WORKERS....B.S.G..........

They were to arrive 9-10 but arrived 4 p.m. I had no call from them, I had to phone them! When they finally got here they did a descent job.

Movers were supposed to show up at between 3:00-4:00 pm - called and said they would be there by 5:00 pm. Called at 6:00 pm said they were stuck in traffic would be there by 7:00 pm. Called again and said the crew was tired, would be there promptly by 8:00 am next day. Next morning no show at 8:00 am - called them at 8:05 am, received a text saying crew was on the way. Some time after 9:00 am I tried calling the owner, no answer. Called a few times, no answer and left a message asking if they were coming - no return call. The move was across the states and their being unreliable had messed up with all the other things we needed to do such as have the trailer picked up, carpets cleaned, etc. We called Hire A Helper who was wonderful and got us a good mover (Luke's Moving - - they are awesome!). Master Movers finally showed up sometime around 11:00 am and seemed surprised that their services were no longer needed. Do not use them if you need reliable service!

They were on time, very efficient and well prepared for the job. They finished in about 1 hour and we thought 2 was not going to be enough. They were very proficient never resting always working . They were very respectful and we would definitely recommend then to anyone in need of movers. We paid for 2 hours and didn't mind a bit Thanks again!!

So I asked for two helpers to unload a 16 ft truck of boxes and furniture. I started unloading the truck at the beginning of the hour window in which they were to arrive. I finished unloading the truck an hour after the end of the arrival window. I called to see where they were and got "the mailbox is full" and the other number which said "the mobile user is not accepting calls at this time". I then left an email to say I had done the job. I sent "help" to the message from the service and talked with the help desk to make sure my card was not charged. Low and behold I got an email from Master Movers cancelling the order after they never showed up. So they earned the 1 star and a "they stink" rating. At least have the courtesy to call and say you can't do it. My wife kept saying "wait until they come". Glad I didn't depend on these guys.
