Alex and his team at Step by Step Logistics were the best when I needed a Pod loaded for a cross country move. Communication ahead of time was great, and the guys worked quickly (1.5 hours) but were organized and careful with my belongings through the process. Definitely recommend Step by Step for your moving needs!

Where do I start....First I must say Vanessa D who is step by step logistic rep provided great customer service. She address any of my concern or changes with my move prior. She even was able to assist me on a holiday weekend. I wasn't expecting that. Now for my team who helped me move. This team was AMAZING, FAST and CAREFUL. The owner called before hand to tell me there ETA and the team did as well. They arrived early then stated but waited until I arrived. The 3 gentlemen that assisted me with my move September 5, 2023 was David, Tony and Dre. These young men handle my belongings with grace up 2 flights of stairs and into my home. They was fast and had a well organized system unloading my belongings off a 16' POD. I was concern that they wouldn't finish in the 2 hour window I had because of the steps but they did. I was so impressed with David, Tony and Dre. They did an amazing job and definitely would hire them again. Don't be fooled by them they get the business done and properly. Step by step logistics is quality business.

The movers that came to help were very efficient and worked diligently. In spite of the difficulty with the narrowness of the apartment building and elevator they managed to make it work and moved all my belongings safely into my new home. They also walked up seven flights of steps just to bring up my couch. They were more than extraordinary.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
