They were an hour late but at least they called to let me know. Of the 3 movers, one was simply too old to be helpful. Despite this, they worked well as a team, worked hard and completed 30 minutes early. One thing of importance, multiple trips were made to their car which should be frowned upon. I think they were trying to charge their phones but it left me with a sense of uneasiness regarding my belongings. They were respectful of my property. I would use them again.

This review is primarily geared toward single women, who may have some anxiety about hiring help. Look no further! Jay, Mr Albert, Benard and Mr Jacob were PERFECT GENTLEMEN! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and on time! I felt like my uncles and brothers were helping me move! They got right to work loading a 1 bedroom apt onto the truck. Mr Albert and Mr Jacob were knowledgeable enough to inform me that because I didn't have a lot to load, they would load the truck low and tight, so nothing would shift once I got on the road. The way they packed that truck was REMARKABLE!

Do I recommend this mover ...from my experience - Absolutely not. I choose this company by the ratings they had, however, the crew that was sent out to do labor only - and load a container didn’t hold up to their high ratings, and I was dissatisfied & upset...ended up finishing the job myself.
They were unprofessional, came late, didn’t work fast and efficient, disrespectful, the one guy was on the phone, his pants were hanging down showing his underpants, he did a 2 man job by himself by tumbling my furniture down the stairs and messed up the walls, he decided he wanted a break and helped himself to the kitchen without asking, mean while the other guy stayed inside the container to stack all day but after 4.5 hours didn’t get the job done, and still charged me 1.5 hours over, and I had to finish the job the next day.
