One of the workers stole our credit card that was on the counter at our house and ordered Door Dash for dinner when they got home AND added it to their Amazon account!! The moving company knew EXACTLY who it was and basically did NOTHING for us!!!! DO NOT use this company! Look elsewhere!!!! I even made them lunch in the middle of my 7 hour move to be nice. We also gave one of their employees a tv. I would give zero stars if I could!!!!

I was told I was required to have 3 men due to a safe over 200 pounds. The 3 men included one elderly man, one young teenager., and one other. The service was terrible. They dropped and damaged my safe beyond repair. I was in the military 22 years and had several moves, and this was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. They were very slow and incompetent in my opinion. What should have been sufficient time of 2 hours ended up going over and cost me an extra 50 dollars. I am not at all satisfied with their service and will be filing a claim for damage beyond repair.

These guys were great!! Like great Tetris players they masterfully fit all our stuff with room to spare. We had two beds, two dressers a couch and a number of boxes. We used the 16 foot container and have about two bedrooms worth of stuff. If I had to move again I’d pick them for sure.

My wife and I would've never been able to complete our move without J&L Movers. They arrived on time, ready to go! They unloaded a 26' moving truck (packed to the ceiling) in two hours. They effortlessly carried the washer, dryer, and heavy dressers up the stairs. They were respectful with my belongings and never complained. They worked hard with smiles on their faces. I would definitely use them again!
