One of the guys had a very strong odor on him, not sure what it was, certainly lasted several hours after they left.
Broke leg on China Cabinet. Handled furniture and boxes with least care, not professionals.

Kiki's Movers were awesome! They were able to come early, brought an extra person, and moved A TON of stuff very quickly, taking care to ensure that nothing was damaged. I honestly couldn't believe how much they were able to fit in the POD (16'); they definitely saved us from having to get another one. Everyone in the "crew" was very friendly and extremely hard-working. I highly recommend them.

I hired Kiki’s Movers through Hire a Helper. Prior to my move Kiki’s Movers repeatedly tried to convince me to cancel my move through Hire a Helper and book with them directly. This was just my initial experience with how deeply unethical Kiki’s Movers is. Notwithstanding the fact that I confirmed my move multiple times with Kiki’s Movers, my movers did not show up within the agreed upon window. At the end of the window, they sent me a text saying they were already there or would soon be there — they were not and did not show up for several more hours. I repeatedly called the company and was assured the movers were on their way. Eventually Kiki’s Movers stopped responding to phone calls and texts. Only after reaching out to Hire a Helper and stating that I would file a claim against both companies for my $1,000+ in out-of-pocket costs (not including the fee to Hire a Helpers) did the movers finally show up, nearly 3 hours late. They brought 4 people instead of the 2 agreed upon and claimed they would give me a deal and only charge me for 3. Desperate at this point, as my city moving permit was about to expire (due to Kiki’s Movers late arrival), I agreed. One of the movers appeared to sit in his car for most of my move, so it was anything but a deal. I also rarely saw more than two movers working. Do not use Kiki’s Movers!

ALL PHONE CALLS are recorded and texts are saved. Your POD was not there at the scheduled time (1:00pm)that you requested. Because customer informed us about this we continued our day with other customers . Customer then stated she would CALL when PODS called her with the arrival time. We received a call from this customer at (1:06pm) stating "PODS will be onsite 30-45mins!" Once our crew was on-site the POD driver showed us his LOG. He arrived at 1:39pm. The closes crew around was 4 Helpers. Our Superior offered 4 Helpers at the 3 Helpers price.

They worked hard and steadily. They were a little late because someone called off on a Sunday. Chris and his crew from Kiki's were respectful of the goods and polite. A lot better than the last company used. I would use them again.

These guys were great! Super friendly, punctual, and PROFESSIONAL. They wrapped everything so well and fit our belongings efficiently in our pod to leave plenty of room for additional boxes. I also had kiddos running around and they didn’t let them bother them. Hire Kikis movers!

A customer should prepare for moving day by keeping in communication with their assigned contact, and ensuring that our company has a good idea of what we will be moving, where we will be moving it from, if anything needs to be packed or wrapped, and any other obstacles we may face when completing the service so that we can have the proper tools and professionals to handle the move.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have completed various moves including local and long distance moves, large and small business moves, moves from 3 family apartments, single family homes and large apartment complexes.

Being able to meet new people while providing exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients are stress-free.

We provide our crew members with customer service training, lifting and carrying safety techniques approved by OSHA, loading skill training to ensure that moving trucks are packed efficiently and correctly, and packing skill training to ensure that our customers belongings are packed properly to avoid any damages.
