IT was a Sunday and they had other jobs previously booked but came anyway and worked late. I thought this was going an extra mile. They worked hard and were respectful of our interests and asked a lot about what wanted and needed in the move. Polite and professional.

We're told upfront that we had enough space in the truck for all our furniture since we needed space at the end to pick-up belongings in N.C.. Well we ran out of space and it took the two man crew three additional hours to pack us, which cost us over $400.00 in additional cost. The two crew I will say worked hard the entire time, although they could used additional help.

We were in contract to have three movers for three hours. Only two movers showed up. This proved to be more expensive for me and my husband. The reason we had requested three men was because we had some heavy items, a roll top desk I estimate at four hundred pounds. The antique desk had a top that lifted off so it made moving easier. The two moving men dropped the dos of the desk while carrying it down the stairs, breaking the roll top desk top in many pieces, and chipping all the stairs as it went down. Thank goodness none of the men were injured. The two men were nice, and did get the rest of our stuff on the 26 ft. truck without incident. My husband and I drove very slowly to our destination in Virginia from New York. There was almost no damage to anything in the truck. So overall we are thankful that the trip was a success. I think that there would have been no damage to our desk if they had sent three men instead of two. The billing didn't seem fair, we were charged for 2 men for 2 hrs plus 6 additional hours (a total of 16 hrs.). It was unfair because we had been in contract for 3 men for 3 hrs. With an 2 additional hours and 20 minutes by 3 men (to equal a total of 16 hrs.) the bill would have been lower. We were billed $730 (with an $85 adjustment credit to us), instead of the original $370 we had agreed to, plus $95 for each additional hour would have totaled $607.50. So we were overcharged $122.50

Crew let us know when they would be arriving and were on time. They worked hard and steady and got the work done in the allotted time. Unfortunately, we should have been watching them more closely during packing. Nothing broken but they did not do a good job protecting the antiques from rubbing against each other. There were plenty of blankets available. My first clue should have been when I saw they didn't use all the blankets. They also did not do a good job securing items from falling. We need to tie everything together to keep the load from shifting. Lastly, we had 3 different destinations and they did not keep them separate. Found that out 2000 miles later when we uncovered boxes that in the front of the truck that were to be dropped at the first location. Would not use them again unless they were closely supervised.

Brandon and Leo were great! They were here on time, ready to work, didn't take a break. They were very careful with our house items and our house AND respectful of other friends that came to help us move. I think my favorite aspect is that they were so friendly, laughing with us and even thanking our friends that helped us move. They especially thanked the kids that worked and gave them a high five or hand shake. Thanks for working WITH us as well as FOR us!

Mike and Josh came to the house on time and went right to work loading the truck....at the new location they had it unloaded quickly.....they were very personable, friendly and knew what they had to do...it was a very warm humid day but they got the job done!....I would recommended them to anyone that needs help moving as they did an awesome job....Thank you Mike and Josh!
