Overall the worker's themselves did a good job and they were respectful of my belongings.
When I first called to book for move I stated that I would need helpers for at least 6 to 8 hours. I was booked for just 6 hours initially and as that time was coming to an end I was informed by the movers that they already had another job booked for immediately after helping me. The main helper on the crew stated that they would return immediately after their next job and finish up with moving my things to the new house. He estimated that it might take another two hours and we agreed to keep the clock running before I timed it out at a total of 8 hours of work.
They left for their next scheduled job but not to long afterwards they called and informed me that the other person had canceled due to the weather and they were on their way back. After arriving back they finally finished moving everything and in the end it took a total of 10 1/2 hours to complete everything.
Ultimately in the end we had gone over the 8 hours by an additional 2 1/2 hours. The owner of the company initially wasn't seeing the payment for the 8 hours already paid once the clock had been stopped. However what really bothered me the most was the fact that at first he attempted to UPCHARGE for the additional time over the listed rate online... not to forget too mention that he also refused to only charge me for the 2 1/2 hours of time but instead he rounded it up to a full 3 hours.
Like I said, the workers themselves were Excellent and very Professional as well as polite and helpful but when it comes to the owner I'm extremely disappointed and would never recommend him.

Did not show up even with a confirmation call a few days ahead. after calling them, two movers showed up almost two hours late. Both of them were very good. All I got for my trouble was a 5% discount. Both Hire a Helper and and the service should have waved all fees except to pay the workers. Will not use either company again and will write public reviews about both recommending no one else use them.

I would highly recommend Eddie Davila and helper (who's name escapes me at the moment). Both were very polite, followed instructions well, very accommodating, and worked hard. They came prepared for the job. The booking process was easy. If you need help moving this is the company to go with.

The crew that unloaded my truck did so with great care, not a single damaged personal item as well as wall's and molding in the house. They were polite and hard workers and completed the work in less than the contracted time which was great. I would recommend this crew (sorry but I can remember their names) to anyone in need of help.
