My experience overall was a bit stressful. To begin, the website showed availability for the time slot I was looking for, then when I was called to confirm he said he couldn't do that time. I said that I needed it to be that time because I had to go to work.. After making a few calls and calling me back he said he would try to do it about an hour after I requested. So I got some things moved around at work to be available for that window. The day of moving, I called a few times asking why my movers have not shown up.. About an hour later they did. I didn't have much stuff and used under the two hours I had requested, it only took 40 mins. So after waiting all day for 40 mins which cost me $300 I was annoyed. The boys themselves were great. And they did a good job. My only complaint there is I told them I only had 6ft to use in my moving truck, they told me they did it in 5, and the truck company said they used 8. So now that cost me an extra $800. I don't know with full certainty of I would recommend this company, maybe someone with a bit more of an open schedule and a tape measure to get a more accurate account of things would benefit. I have not yet received my belongings, so hopefully the way they packed it did not cause damage to my goods.

Scratched up my furniture and scratched the apt walls while moving. Had to pay painting charges to the apt management on move out .

They arrived on time, were very polite and gracious, and had all my goods loaded in the 16 ft container within 2 hrs. Gus and T. were excellent! We would definitely hire them again.

Good God! These two guys were amazing! Before they arrived, we felt like our move was an impossible task. They reassured us everything would be fine, and patiently took care of everything, as we sat watching in awe their packing job. They put our entire household into two pods and took excellent care of our stuff, using padding and making sure everything was packed properly.
They came right on time, called ahead to inform us of their exact arrival time (which they kept to the minute!), they immediately assessed our space and moving process and reassured our worries (we were really stressed out and told us over and over again that we should not be and, we are glad to say, they were right!!). They took excellent care of our things, including an elliptical trainer, and several pieces of furniture, numerous book boxes, washer and dryer.
We really wish the same two guys would be there in Canada where we are moving in order to help us with that too. We told them, we only hope to get half as lucky on the next step of our move.
Their job was worth a lot more than we paid, they are extremely polite, courteous, responsible and professional. We are glad we chose them and would highly recommend them.
