They were on time and the First movers I have had in the last 6 years that were truly careful with my belongings. Absolutely NOTHING was damaged, and they went out of their way to place or move a placement of an item differently for me. I highly recommend them!!

Polite guys- came late Friday but didn't show up as promised to finish the job. On Saturday. Didn't notify me they were not coming until after 5. On Saturday. Left me scrambling to get help so I could leave on Sunday. Not recommended to use them.
First I would like to apologize if you felt you didn't get the service you requested. Which was 2 men for 2 hours. We showed up as this was a "last minute request ," we squeezed you into our schedule to assist with what you were needing. However when I spoke to you to confirm job details, you explained you had 1 room that needed to be loaded into a 16' POD. When you called HireAHelper and requested a last minute assist with your belongings, we obliged the request. When our guys got there, they seen you had rooms filled of things needing to be packed and loaded. When you spoke to HH this is what their customer service explained to you as far as what you told them
Move Description
- Customer is aware that they should provide at least (1) moving-specific furniture pad per each item of furniture.
- Based on the details provided for this move, HireAHelper recommends 2 Helpers for 3-4 hours. The Customer is specifically requesting 2 Helpers for 2 hours, and was advised that it will likely be more time then what was prebooked for.
Therefore, my men stayed an extra hour from 6PM-9pm and you weren't charged the last hour they were there. That didn't seem to be a problem. We had previously scheduled appointments booked with preexisting customers that was priority over your move. We never gave you an estimate and you could have called our associates HH to assist as well. Your 1 star review is unjust because you didn't account for the time that was explained to you by professionals that do this daily.

Not a great experience. This team of two was like 1 & 1/8. One of the movers was okay but flustered easily the second was literally only strong but had no sense of what needed to be done. They were nice but I’d steer clear of these guys.
