My husband and I moved last year and had an awful experience. The artful mover was so great and such wonderful men entered our former home and were a+. I would highly recommend them. Both gentlemen were very personable with my husband who helped them through the entire move (I was in a separate room with our dog). They were also very thankful for the water we offered. They arrived on time, but they were very careless with my furniture. My wood coffee and dining tables are ruined. My helpers on the Canadian side were horrified at the careless handling of the furniture. They advised me to take pictures and ask for compensation.

Mover's response:

The truck arrived 2 hours late on a very busy day and we were pressed for time. What's worse is that the customer failed to provide a single moving blanket. Nor did she provide rope or straps to secure the items. At the end of the job we had to put items in our vehicle to take to Goodwill. We are very accommodating but can only do so much if a customer is poorly prepared.

We had a great experience with The Artful Mover (Wes). Wes was very communicative leading up to the move and he and his staff member that helped with the move were excellent and very careful with our furniture. We highly recommend you use the artful mover for your next move. Our move was just across town in the Richmond area and they were on time and stayed a little later when we took longer than expected. Hire these guys! :)

They were 40 minutes late. They were slow and poor performers. No hustle. We would not want to use them again and would not recommend them. I would describe it as they were just here to collect the paycheck and pass time.

Completely fair review, Larry. The job was originally booked for 1pm, at the last minute you requested we arrive at 9am. We arrived at 9:35, well within the 9-10 window of arrival time, but certainly late. There was a lot of travel time between the truck and your storage unit which slowed things down considerably. In the future we'll certainly be more cautious about accommodating a customer beyond our limits, and we'll definitely be sure to Hustle. Sincerest apologies for our less than stellar
