First impression was their tardiness. I was expecting them between 9-10 and they got to our house around 10:20. The guys that came were nice enough, 2 brothers, however, there was a distinct lack of motivation for one of them. The other seemed to be the lead and was much more professional and organized. They focused on making as few trips as possible (understandably), so they piled too many things on the dolly we provided and dumped our items a few times. One time I had to speak to one of them because he had a huge stack of things he was bumping down the stairs. I was worried that my mother's expensive dishes were in one of the tubs and he was breaking them! I definitely wasn't left with feeling they respected our belongings, they didn't even take care to neatly stack things to make efficient use of space as they unloaded and consequently our Keurig machine was broken. Having already hired two people previously to unload a container, the contrast was huge between each pair. It was like the first people I hired were professionals and these guys you sent were amateurs looking to make a few bucks. So, yeah, they were ok. Only ok. They got the job done, barely.

We booked WNY movers 10 days ahead of time and they confirmed our booking right away. I still called to confirm and I spoke to Devin. I didn’t even had to tell him my name and he knew who I was. Devin came right on time and brought 1 extra person with him ( Booked 2 helpers and we got 3) Devin and his team were AMAZING! and respectful and got to work right away. They even brought tools with them and helped take all the beds apart. Not one time did they complain about anything or even made us feel that we are asking too much from them. They helped us load and unload into our new home and went back for a 2nd time and they helped us load one more time. We originally booked them for 3 hrs and we’re unable to finish moving in 3 hrs so we can do extend for extra 30mins and when I asked Devin if we can extend a little. He agreed and didn’t even complain or came up with excuses to leave. Devin and his 2 other team members were very delightful and were smiling all the time. We even found out from one of the guys that a week or so ago, he helped move the sellers of the house we bought (What a coincidence!) This shows how trust worthy and great these guys are. The great reviews I read on here is what made me initially chose to book with them and I did not regret this decision at all. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! to use WNY Movers. Devin and his team will NOT let you down and will definitely make your move as easy as it can be and If I ever had to move again I will not use any other moving company.

WNY Movers did an amazing job helping me out after a bad initial move. We had to move our home into a storage unit - which ended up being two - and these guys helped me consolidate and move things into our new home. They truly were Tetris masters and so patient given the tedious process that was to be had. Definitely recommend!!
