Personally, I have nothing against the guys that came they worked really hard, were on time and willing to go the extra mile. I'm just shocked that a different contractor crew who loaded the truck in one city could do so in four hours and it took Best Deal 13(!) hours to unload it. As one who has moved many times, its always easier to unload than load. On top of that, I had furniture damaged and irreplaceable dishes and other heirlooms broken.

Friendly and on time. Were able to empty 2 large PODS with 4 guys in 3 hours. Not every box was in the exact right room, but that was minimal. No damage to my stuff and even though they were paid hourly, they were hard working the whole time. You can not always say that with all moving companies.

They called early, as they finished a previous job early and were able to start the job early, which worked out well for all. I will use them again when the need arises.

I had a tough move unloading a U-Haul into a third floor apartment. Bob and Abel from Best Deal Movers nailed the job out. They were punctual, calling about an hour before arrival, and very friendly. They got right to work and kept going and going. They also were willing to work until the job was done. They will make a lot of satisfied customers I'm sure!
