Very hard-working and conscientious. Was called several times to confirm my appointment. The day of my appointment they were running a little late and they called me to inform me which turned out to be better for me because I wasn’t prepared anyway! I would definitely hire these men again to help me but I’m never moving again!!??!

The guys on Friday seemed to know the process. They were nice, polite and kept it moving. The guys guys on Saturday were nice , polite but said they did this job on weekends, and boy did it show. They brought the mattress up before the box springs so I wanted to see the Storageunot they packed. I was horrified!!! They had s big heavy box sitting on s brand new chandelier “the box had fragile and chandelier all over the bottom of the box but they still sit a heavy box on it and it is crushed in on one side. I hope it’s not broken because it’s brand new. They threw single curtain rods on top, mops, brooms, luggage racks, tools, you name it, all the small things were thrown on top. What a mess! I will never use or refer this company again, awful !!!

The two men who helped us were extraordinary. They arrived with both tools and attitude for great service. They arrived as scheduled and even though we had an afternoon appointment both men worked tirelessly to empty our large POD, filled mostly with heavy furniture and heavy boxes, and position everything as we requested. These men were very polite and offered to move any furniture a second time if we decided we did not like something where we first thought we wanted it positioned. They met all my requests and always with a pleasant demeanor, including when I asked for changes. I would request this team again without hesitation and recommend them without qualification.
