They arrived late but keep in touch until they arrived. Worked hard very pleasant and personable crew. The lead packed every square inch of the trailer. Very pleased with the crew. Highly recommend them. They were more expensive that others but worth the money. I packed two trucks and the first crew was horrible this crew was excellent.

I will never use J&L again. no sense of urgency for getting the job done. they took they sweet time like I was paying them minimum wage. I hired them for 3hrs about the halfway point I said do you think you guys will be done within the 3-hour time frame, he said yes. well 3 hours was up I asked them if they were done he said no, he needed more time I asked how much time he said another1.5 hour. it took them almost 40 mins to break down the headboard on my bed. after they left I found one of the bed braces broken laying on the floor. they left without informing me that there was a problem. and the last 15 minutes they just threw my furniture in the Pod so they could get finish. the job was for 3-hrs, they stayed 3.5 hours. and the job still wasn't done. Now i need to pull my furniture out and reorganize the last 15mins of work they did. I so mad right now I could spite. It took me a while to calm down to write this reveiw.
While we can estimate how long a job will take based on an averages we are not able to give you an exact number of hours that it will take to complete a job.
The bed slat in question was not damaged by my crew. My crew chief spoke with Mrs Johnson on site and showed her the damage he discovered and she let him know that the part was already broken before we arrived.
We were hired to load only one of the two containers needed for your job and that was completed per your instructions.
In the future we recommend that you reach out to a manager or supervisor right away if you have a grievance so that we can try to resolve it before the job is complete.

This is our third move in 2.5 years between my husband and I, and J & L Movers, have by far been the most respectful, hard working, skilled, and pleasant team we have worked with. They informed us of their arrival time by phone and promptly introduced themselves on arrival. The crew worked diligently for the 2 hours they were here, and could not have packed our container more perfectly! We were very happy with their service and will definitely use them in the future.
