The guys were fantastic. Fast and efficient moving. They even used boxes and moving blankets I had to wrap my tv to ensure it made the move with no damage. They were friendly and enjoyable to be around. I would recommend to anyone looking for some assistance moving.

By the time they were done, I felt like a member of the J&L family. There aren't enough superlatives for the level of services they provided: I always knew where the were,when they were coming, the packing and handling were beyond my expectations. I've moved 3 times in a year and no one came close to their level. Highly recommend them!

They never were on time. They were not prepared for the job and their estimate was wrong. They didn't work hard because they worked so slow. They were not respectful of my property. They scratched a painting, smashed my Samsung TV. I have lots of pictures with witnesses as they unloaded my things. Many many wrongs. I now have a computer that will not turn on because they put it directly on the floor of the truck, not in a box. I would never use these people again. DON'T USE THEM!

Hi Ms Collins We're very sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience with J&L Movers. We provided a free in home evaluation and let you know that you needed additional supplies and boxes for your electronics. Our team repacked and labeled boxes where there was glass and no paper and used all of your supplies and additional supplies that we provided. Our team worked 10 hrs the first day and 4 hrs a 2nd day to fit the entire home into the 24ft truck.

I used hire a helper for an out of state pod move. J&L movers were phenomenal! Moving sucks but my experience using hire a helper made it so much easier! I would recommend this service to anyone moving.

The two helpers were great! I was there 3rd and last call for the day, but they came through. I was also a last minute call. They emptied a 26' moving truck with the two hours which made me extremely happy! They were reasonably priced as well.

Other than coming 25 minutes outside of the window, they did an awesome job. The three guys were very professional and they worked hard. The guys were thorough and care about your stuff. I plan to use them again to unload in a couple of weeks!

Ira and his team showed up on time and immediately went to work. They were professional and courteous and went out of their way to ensure our furniture was properly wrapped and protected. We will definitely use them to unload our pods when our house is finished.
