They were on time and very friendly and personable people; however, we felt like they worked slower than they should have, causing us to pay for an additional hour. There was a lot of "down time" planning on how to move the boxes and furniture in, but it took awhile for them to actually get going. They did not help assemble the furniture, which was not a necessity, but would have been nice. I'm not sure if I would use them again.

We're sorry that you were not satisfied. Please keep in mind these things that can help account for the "additional" hour: Moving to a fourth floor apartment, Two entries that require an access key between the truck and the elevator, The elevator was not reserved, We had to cross the parking deck to gain access to your home, and another access point to get back on the elevator. You reserved 2 hours. Each of these add time and requires planning. We offered assembly you refused because of time.

They were very late and kept backing me up to the point I lost almost a whole day waiting on them. Given that, when they finally arrived they did a good job of unloading the truck.

They were late to the job but called twice to update me on their progress toward getting to my house.
They came with tools to take my bed apart. They packed everything with care like it was their own stuff. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed to move.
