It is difficult for me to give anyone a poor rating. However, when the owner (who was suppose to be there) substituted his Dad who is not in good health, to move a piano, it became a disaster. Some of the furniture and floor were damaged during the moving and when it came to the piano, the only way it was going to get to the right place without being rained on was for me, myself and I to pitch in and help his Dad pick it up. In the process, did we wind up damaging the piano, we wound up damaging my shoulder as well.

They did not have the equipment needed to move a piano and they knew that a piano would be moved prior to coming. They should have declined the engagement rather than do a lousy job. For that, I would not recommend this mover.

Sorry,the problem has been taken care of.(Solution)we nolonger move pianos,but if you sneak one on us that's ok,my dad is getting old(1958)and the hot weather got to him.He's ok and back at doing his own thing(total renovation)Now, i promise to personally be at every job.(owner Jesse Chambers and best helper ced)ps i had a pinched nerve in my elbow(extreme pain for about 30 days straight)i got it from a 2 man job that lasted 16 hours(she needed help asap)(imasucker),im ok now,once again,im sorry

Very helpful and polite. Helped with breakdown of beds and disconnected appliances. Great customer service.
