Spring movers did a good job. They were on time and fast. I would like to give them a 5. They finished the job early, but left my dresser upside down(?).

You booked your job last min 65 miles away I explained before accepting about the delay you agreed, and we still made it 1hr earlier, n on top of that you didn't have truck ready so we were still waiting , n I used my Grand Cherokee to move your items I didn't have to do that

I will start this out with a very positive statement: The owner himself and his hand-picked compatriot are absolute machines. They knocked out packing my 1 bedroom apartment in less than an hour (although to credit I was less furniture than most). However, the bad thing is they were late. Like, really, really late. My schedule was for a 10am-11am slot, and after many text messages, the owner himself had to grab somebody to see that I had service- and arrived at 4:10pm (after being late from his ETA himself). He did attempt to make it right by giving me a small refund, and the fact he himself came out to see me does give me hope that in the future, he'll find out what personnel problem happened; but I honestly admit it completely knackered my entire moving day, refund or not. His personal acceptance of accountability and responsibility is why I've not put it at a 1 star review- I really feel it's likely he'll re-mediate the issue moving forward. But overall it was pretty bad because of such awful timing- moves are generally on some form of timeline, and as I was moving out of state the loss of that entire day meant I had to wear myself and assistants out to catch up. I would give them a chance to serve me again, however, because of the accountability.

Great guys. Showed up when expected, were friendly, strong and very careful. We had heavy furniture in two bedrooms we were switching around. The problem was one room was upstairs and the other on the main floor, served by a circular staircase. They came in, started to work and had it all done with beds put back together in 90 minutes. I would recommend them and use them again myself in a heartbeat.

Very professional and took ever precaution to make sure our furniture was wrapped well and properly loaded. These guys offer top notch service at a bargain price.
