The two guys that moved me were very nice and hard-working. However, they were not on time and did not call -- I had to call to inquire about their arrival time. (The manager was very nice and apologetic about the matter.)
But I do NOT believe that they were professional movers. As a result, their lack of skill likely contributed to several of belongings being damaged.
Finally, I don't think it is appropriate to force your moving crew to acquire a 5-star rating before they can leave the job. How can one accurately assess performance in the throes of a move?! It felt like intimidation.
Bottom line: These two guys did the best they could. And again, they were very nice. But clearly not skilled movers.

The two movers were on time. They took an initial assessment of what was needed and got straight to work. My initial contact with the owner was positive and professional. I'd go with this company again and recommend to others!

They packed my truck in a mess and broke up half up my furniture. They did not properly use the pads. Brand new furniture scratched and broke up. The movers that helped me unload said there was no way a professional to packed my truck. They also took 5 hours moving slow. This was a catastrophe when I got to my new location. I was so upset on how much of my furniture was tore, broken, cracked , bedroom dresser legs ripped off!

30 minutes late. Took almost 2 full hours to unload a 10’ truck that had ZERO furniture on it (boxes and a bed frame and mattress - no couch or kitchen table at all. Would not leave my home until we “released payment” although when I used this service for loading up the team left, then when the time expired I got a text to release the payment. I had to awkwardly figure out how to login while the stood staring me down, then when I finally figured it out they asked me to leave them a review. I said I would and they continued to stand there aggressively refusing to leave unless I gave them 5 stars, because they got a bonus if I do it “in the moment” which I’m guessing is how the 5 stars reviews accrue — because they won’t leave til you give it. I ended up lying to them just to get them out of my house. Wouldn’t recommend.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They expect the initial phone call in timely manner to discuss the details of their move, time of arrival and what services we provide.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up on time, introduce ourselves, do the complimentary walk through in order to get familiar with their residence and determine what items are going on a load and where items go on an unload.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best moves are a wonderful collaboration our moving skills, basic tools, and the customer provide equipment and protective materials such as moving blankets, stretch wrap, bubble wrap and mattress bags.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been in business for more than 13 years over which time we've done local, long distance, and office moves. The majority of the moves have been local residential moves which is our core business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I was in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years when I started this company as a way to give my customers quality moves at an affordable price. I really enjoy walking into a home on a load job and their items are everywhere and in every room and watching the customer's face light up when we successfully empty the home into their moving truck safely and securely.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover receives thorough class room policy and procedure training before they ever go out on a moving job. Then they get on going on the job practical training with regular assessments of their progress.
