Communication was fantastic. They were late arriving but we were called numerous times to let us know when they would be there. When they arrived we walked around and I showed them what was to be packed. I would use this service again.

TWO young well mannered inexperienced guys loaded my 20 foot hauled truck. These young men did not utilize all of the space of the truck, I have the pics to prove it. These young men have great potential to be more efficient with more training. I have lost a lot of money using this company. This wa s to be one trip across the state line 279 miles and more spent will occur. I ask the owner for compensation. I was constantly rebutted with excuses. I wonder if I had been a man making moving arrangements would he had sent inexperienced young boys verses more experience movers? I recommend with my experiences from the owner Kenneth never to use this company again or referral to any of my family or friends. 2 thumbs down for this company. I have nothing against the young men trying to work I appreciated their efforts however I am a single parent on a budget. I should not have to pay because of inexperienced workers. I had tape bubble wrap,scissors, a dolly
and heavy duty trashbags. These young inexperienced guys didn't have any equipment for this move.

These kids seem new to moving, but they were courteous and worked very hard. There were situations that came up that required them to come up with workarounds that added to their day. Would hire them again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Depends on the move we will have a phone call after you booked explaining all details. But it’s best if things are already boxed and packed and wrapped if need. But if we need to do those things to we can discuss that.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Speaking from an owner prospective I think my favorite part of being a mover is definitely the ability to help the client complete a careful and successful move.
