PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH! I booked with this company late Thursday night for Friday morning. Ken called me early Friday morning to assure me his crew would be there at 10am which took the worry of not knowing away due to the late booking.
The 2 young men were on time, courteous and respectful. They worked hard and handled my belongings with care. Ken called me before and after the job was complete to ensure i was satisfied.
I moved here from Arkansas and had a similiar company load the truck...the difference between the 2 companies is night and day. No comparison.
I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all my friends and family.

They did a great job fitting everything into the moving van. Very polite, arrived early, and worked non stop at a good pace. Communicated well about any problems that came up and owner called right after scheduling, a few days ahead of time, the morning before, and when the job was done, to make sure everything was done .

Ken and his crew were great, arrived exactly on time and got to work. They managed some very heavy and awkward furniture down stairs with ease and somehow managed to get an amazing amount of stuff in my uhaul (note to self always get the bigger truck). They even stayed an extra hour (which I was more than happy to pay for) to make sure everything possible was loaded. Even in the heat and humidity they did a very good job and I’d be happy to hire them again...especially now that I know they will travel outside the metroplex!!

I booked them the same day, they showed up and finished the work. The only thing is that they were scheduled for 6pm but due to other commitments, they arrived at 10.20pm. However, he was very responsive and kept me updated about the arrival.

After booking we will have a phone call on the best date and time to fit the customers schedule. We will also discuss more on how to prepare for the moving day so that everything goes by smooth for our customer.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect us to be on time (most times early) and ready to work. We strive in taking all the stress of your back and providing you with a successful move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Depends on the move we will have a phone call after you booked explaining all details. But it’s best if things are already boxed and packed and wrapped if need. But if we need to do those things to we can discuss that.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Speaking from an owner prospective I think my favorite part of being a mover is definitely the ability to help the client complete a careful and successful move.
