The move crew was fine. There were damages in the doorway, however, everything was completed my husband & I assisted with packing, wrapping & loading to ensure they’d leave soon and to prevent further damages. We paid extra for 6 hours but only used 4. We were previously told that the time used could be modified, however, that information was reneged after we helped/

We'd prefer the customer clean the space being moved. If the customer is packing their belongings, please label according to what items and where (e.g. what room) you'd like them moved.
