They were nice and courteous but did not wrap most items. When they did, they wrapped them after moving them out of the house. We've used moving companies previously that literally wrapped everything, either with wrap or bubble wrap, and did this before moving the item. This process ensures the item is protected during every part of the move We needed to tell them what to wrap. Also, they ran out of wrapping and had to use ours.

I waited until I unloaded the POD that Euphoria packed for me, so it's been several weeks. I'm not sure I remember their names correctly, but DeMarco and ?Derrick? of Euphoria Moving did a great job loading and tying down my odd load. They showed up early (my mistake, not theirs), and were friendly, professional, prepared, efficient. I had a lot of paintings to move; none of them scratched or damaged in any way. Nothing else broken or damaged. I would absolutely hire them again any time.
