Josh and DeMarcus were awesome! They were fast, efficient, and took special care wrapping my things before packing them into the POD. They were very professional and polite. I went over my initial 2 hour time frame, and Hire A Helper made it easy to accept the additional time and pay. I highly recommend these guys!

Overall, the service was okay. I felt like the movers were taking their time and they were not welcoming at all. They scratched up some stuff, but honestly at this point it's not worth asking for a recovery fee. The manager was really nice, he called me a couple of times to check up on us. He also gave us a free hour because he felt bad that we were not happy with their services. I wouldn't use them in specific again, but good management recovery.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We'd prefer the customer clean the space being moved. If the customer is packing their belongings, please label according to what items and where (e.g. what room) you'd like them moved.

Seeing the euphoria on a customer's face after we've completed a move or job in a timely and efficient manner. There's no better feeling.
