We understand the importance of our customers' belongings and will keep them intact. We have everything you'll need from rope/straps to plastic wrap, Yes! we have boxes/tape, blankets, furniture dollies, etc. Just ask! We will safely pack your items and are capable of moving safes and pianos. Just ask! We are housed in Austin, TX. Just ask! We provide HHG labor-only service.

The guys were extremely polite, efficient and well mannered. Their packing skills need improvement though. I had several pieces of furniture scratched. I had a brand new wicker glider that came off the truck with an arm damaged (broken wicker ). The set was brand new so I was severely disappointed any of the set got damaged. The boys were throwing last minute furniture on the truck and not securing any of it. I gave them several tie downs and they only used 1 package. I was inside last minute packing & I guess I should have been standing outside to supervise loading of the truck to protect my furniture. The boys need a few more lessons on how to properly pack a truck. When a consumer hires packers the expectation is they are efficient & proficient at their job!!!
Per HireAHelper, you agreed to or were aware of the following:
Customer is aware that they should provide at least (1) moving-specific furniture pad per each item of furniture.
- Customer estimates they will need 2 Helpers for 2 Hours
- In HireAHelper's experience, this sort of job could take up to 4 Helpers for 6 Hours.
This job was completed by 2 Helpers in 3 Hours. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. In the future, we request that you follow the suggestion of HireAHelper and/or allow the Helpers to wrap and load ALL items in order to ensure proper transport of the customer's property. We also request that you contact us directly should there be any discrepancy in the quality of property upon arrival to your destination if involved in both, loading and unloading. If it is at all possible, we would like the chance to rectify this inconvenience for you. Please contact us. Thank you.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We'd prefer the customer clean the space being moved. If the customer is packing their belongings, please label according to what items and where (e.g. what room) you'd like them moved.
What types of moves have you handled?
long distance, across the country (from Austin to Chicago, etc.), office moves, local, small moves, rearrange, multi-day moves (e.g. homes over 5,000 sq ft.)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the euphoria on a customer's face after we've completed a move or job in a timely and efficient manner. There's no better feeling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train crew members on proper lifting, packing and customer service techniques.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
