On time, worked hard for the original 3 hours I paid for. However, I was putting all my belongings into a container (pod) for storage and they weren't skilled at organizing the loading for maximum efficiency. I know this because all of same contents came out of the same size container a year ago when it all did fit (with some extra left over). They ran out of room near the end of the third hour and pretty much gave up and said that's it! I think they probably had another job to get to and weren't willing to stay longer and redo some their loading even if I paid extra hours. So, I had to pull out the last 20 items myself and rearrange so I could get more in, it all still didn't fit because they had obviously wasted space earlier in the front of the pod. Now I know to hire movers who are specialized for the job at hand, loading a truck is different than loading a pod.
