I would for sure hire these guys again. They were top notch and so friendly. They were on time, prepared, brought tools and worked really hard to get both 26ft. Trucks unloaded. Hands down I would use them again.

These guys were amazing. Everything was moved quickly and undamaged. Even though I only paid for 2 movers they brought 3 and did not charge me for the extra man, even though they could have. Everything was moved in no time. The guys were friendly and seemed like good people. I will definingly Be using Ogre Man in the future.

Xavier and JR did an awesome job!!!! There was some issues on the placement of my pod but they worked through it and made it a seamless stressless move. They were right on time and worked hard treating all of my breakables with love. 10/10 recommend wish I could have them come to NY and move me into my new place.

Doesn’t allow for more than 5 stars. They were on time, prepared and organized. They unloaded full 26 foot U-Haul truck over two different locations in about an hour and 45 minutes. I liked that they were careful with my items. They rocked. Thank you Ogre Man movers. Terick and Xaviar are who you should ask for on your next move.

I hired this company to unload my storage bin. It didn’t take more than 1.5 hours. Very easy move. I had one furniture piece that had glass inside of it that broke while in storage. The movers were ever careful in cleaning up the glass pieces. Outside of that, the conversation that they held amongst themselves was extremely unprofessional. The way that they placed my boxes in the master closest, blocked the entrance to the closet. And they left without putting my bed together. When I noticed they didn’t put the bed together, I called them to come back, and they made excuses as to why they couldn’t do it. Overall, I was not happy with the service, and would not recommend. Save your money.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
