We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. We specialize in everything from small households, to warehouses, to antiques and priceless pieces of art, upright and grand pianos, and everything in between. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, in addition we are non smokers so were not taking any unnecessary breaks, we get in there and get the job done as safely and as swiftly as possible. The team showed up on time and did an absolutely amazing job. They loaded the POD meticulously and made the most out of the space - which was extremely difficult considering the amount of items we had. Will definitely be calling them to unload our POD!

They arrived about 15 minutes late, but still gave me the full time I asked for. They were efficient and courteous, and were able to move all of the heavy things we needed help with, as well as a few extra loads after that. I would certainly consider hiring them again.

Please make sure my card was not charged due to them not showing up. I received no call, follow up, nothing, left me hanging there. How can a business operate in this manner? What specifics do you require for them to represent you? Pretty serious issue when you have an investment in the truck, materials, deadlines, etc.
FYI - same thing happened at my destination in Reno, no show, no call. Nothing. Not good.
You should separate yourself from any company that does not show up unless they at least call to provide a good explanation. Zero tolerance for them.

They were very efficient at unloading the two PODS. They worked continuously, always looking out for obstructions, and did an excellent job with no minor damage. I would use them again. However, if they are coming a distance, then expect them to be a bit later than you might expect.

Two guys came and unloaded our packed POD in about an hour. They used a strap technique to carry a solid wood, heavy dresser upstairs with no dolly. These guys are efficient and profesdional. I'm definitely going to use this company again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
