Moved to Austin Texas for work, and we did not want to have to unload things and take them up all of the stairs, after hiring them for two hours they did they did the work super quickly. Everything came into our home in one piece, and they even were willing to move things into the rooms where they went, I could not recommend them any more, 6/5 if I could.

Dave, Chris and Sebastian did an awesome job. In 4 hours they loaded our 3-bedroom apartment and unloaded everything at the other end into the house. They carefully used the furniture pads & tape we provided, packed everything into the truck perfectly so that it all fit, and moved everything into our house without a single bit of damage. I would not hesitate to book them again if needed in future! All of this was also done despite 2 flights of tall stairs at one end and a curved staircase at the other end - it was incredibly impressive how they managed to get the items up and down these!

Xavier and Chris from Ogre Man Movers were great!! They arrived 15 minutes early and were extremely prepared for the job. They began loading our Pod Immediately and didn't stop until they had that thing packed. Extremely hard workers, great communication. Respectful and did everything in their power to secure our items and ensure no damage occurs. Highly recommend and would use again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
