We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. We specialize in everything from small households, to warehouses, to antiques and priceless pieces of art, upright and grand pianos, and everything in between. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, in addition we are non smokers so were not taking any unnecessary breaks, we get in there and get the job done as safely and as swiftly as possible. They were on time and very polite. The only negative thing I would say is it was for a 2 hour time slot and they moved a little on the slower side. Slowly loaded boxes on the dolly etc.

Was an out of state move that they loaded the truck for. We were in an apartment on third floor (and booked them as such) but had moved all boxes to the garage on ground floor to expedite the process - so only furniture (no appliances) and a few boxes coming from the third floor. While they loaded the truck well as far as weight distribution and most things traveling safely - it took four hours for them to load the 26' truck. They did not come with plastic wrap as requested. Did not call the day before to confirm arrival time, as I had been told they would do. We had to rent another truck and finish the job ourselves. Very friendly, but felt it could have been done in a much shorter time.

Workers were to start at 3 PM. Got a call seeking help with directions to home about 3 PM. Told them how to get to the address. Got home from my vaccine appointment at 4:30 PM. No workers had arrived. The pod was almost empty from my son and daughter unloading it. My other son arrived and the unloading was completed. The two workers got there at 5:30 PM and nothing was left to do. I want my payment returned. Bob Mroski

They were quick but careless with many boxes market fragile. One broke a box containing an expensive espresso machine by holding it with one hand though it is clearly marked fragile.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
