We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. We specialize in everything from small households, to warehouses, to antiques and priceless pieces of art, upright and grand pianos, and everything in between. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, in addition we are non smokers so were not taking any unnecessary breaks, we get in there and get the job done as safely and as swiftly as possible. Dave and team did a great job. They were there on time, friendly, asked questions and were careful with the belongings. They also finished early which was awesome as well. We would definitely use them again and have referred them already!

The two men who came were very friendly, fast, efficient, and took care while moving our stuff. They receive a full 5 stars! However, there seemed to be some issues with their routing/scheduling team. They showed up over an hour past our scheduled window for arrival and the routing person kept telling me they were only 15 minutes out over the course of an hour an a half. The two men said they thought they they were done after their last job and were called last minute to come to our location on the clear opposite corner of the city in rush hour traffic. I was fine with the delay, but would have appreciated clearer expectations up front while talking to the router.

We were a little disappointed at first because our movers were over an hour late to arrive. However, Austin, Sebastian, Xavier, & Jeremy were wonderful! They were very nice, helpful, and courteous to us the entire time of the move. Furthermore, they let us know when they were not working that they were ordering food or whatnot so that they could get back into the job and get done as promptly as possible. The job itself only took 7 hours even though we scheduled them for 8 hours so we were happy that they accomplished the move with us in less time than we thought. However, since they were late and done an hour before we expected, we feel like we should be compensated back for the extra hour that we paid.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
