We are highly trained professional movers with many years experience, we only hire movers with a minimum of 5 years experience. We specialize in everything from small households, to warehouses, to antiques and priceless pieces of art, upright and grand pianos, and everything in between. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, in addition we are non smokers so were not taking any unnecessary breaks, we get in there and get the job done as safely and as swiftly as possible. On time, friendly and professional. Too great care with our stuff and worked very hard. Would definitely recommend and would use again in the future.

The unloaders were over an hour and a half late (this was communicated but not until I reached out to them asking for an update on their ETA). The unloaders were also very unprofessional. One spent a majority of the time on the phone, often wandering around outside instead of helping unload. The other unloader ordered take-out food and proceeded to eat in the back of the truck while on the clock. What originally took 2 hours to load onto the truck at the original destination took this crew 4 hours to unload at the arrival location. Will never use this company again.

The guys were amazing - worked very hard and efficiently.
Emptied out a 3rd floor (no elevator!) condo (in the July heat) in just under 2 hours.
I had also been worried that my rental truck wasn't big enough - but they got everything in with room to spare.
They were also very friendly and respectful.

Austin and David did a fabulous job at loading our storage container! They showed up on time and handled a few changes we threw at them with no problem at all! I would highly recommend Ogre Man movers to assist with your move !

David and his helper were AMAZING. It was such a wonderful experience. Calling him to help with my move was one of the best choices I have made. I will be calling him again when I move my stuff back out of storage. He was so friendly and smiling the whole time while moving in the July TX heat. Wow! I was super impressed by the professional way they moved my items and the way they were carefully placed and arranged into my storage unit. I was super frazzled after having to change the location of where I was storing my items last minute but David was so calming and helpful everything was just a dream after he arrived and put me completely at ease. Do yourself a favor and call ogre man movers!!!

Dennis and Chris were very fast and courteous. Got the items out of my son’s 3rd floor apartment and loaded in moving truck in about 20 minutes. Also made sure all items were secured in truck. Arrival time was later than we had scheduled but they did call and let my son know that their first job was running longer so he was aware that they would be late.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
