1. They were not uniformed and didn’t come with what is considered proper equipment for a move (handtruck, gloves, etc.)
2. They brought a third guy who was on his first day and clearly did not want to be there, delaying the entire move.
3. The uncovered my white sofa (removed plastics and cardboard) because “it was easier to lift”. I know how difficult it was to manage since I carried it myself into the truck, with the covers to protect it. Needless to say, they stained it. The sofa was Brand new.
4. They broke the leg of my adjustable base, I have video and pictures of the damage. On more than one occasion I checked on them and offered my help since I knew how to manage it, they declined claiming they knew how to do it.
5. The two “experienced” kids each started assembling one of the beds. The easier bed has handled by one of them and the ornamental kid in training. The kid in training wasn’t even helping to hold things upright. The bed was incredibly easy to assembly, considering it didn’t even requiere slats. Only footboard, headboard and rails. It still took him 1 hour and 30 minutes and only finished when I instructed the other experienced guy to step in to help.
6. The desk was left in pieces on the floor because I was not going to pay for extra time when it wasn’t justified. My move was 1 sofa, two patio chairs, 1 desk chair, 1 adjustable base, and the rest was boxes. Assembly required was for two beds and a desk. No dining room, no tv stand, no tv, no chairs, no dressers, no nightstands.
Had they sent actual experienced individuals they would have finished the job well under two hours. Instead they sent kids. And I get everyone needs a shot in life, but not when it comes at the expense of the customer. Train your people and send them in with an actual strategy on how to maximize their time. Otherwise it’s just a scam to charge customers for “extra hours” since there is no motivation for the movers to finish in a timely manner.
The only think that made this a tolerable experience was Isaiah, who at least took responsibility and stepped into action to help the other two kids. I certainly would not recommend this company.

Will use these guys again! Showed up 15 minutes early. Respectful. Took great strides in handling our possessions with care. Brought all the required equipment and finished early. No complaints. 4 guys for 4 hours seemed like a fair price. Huge fan of this crew! I can’t recommend them enough. Well done ??
