These young men were great. They came in ready to work, prepared with materials needed to commence and complete the task. They were very careful not to damage anything. I would not hesitate to hire them or recommend them and your services again to my friends and family.

I used Alliance movers to unload our Uhaul boxes. I hired 3 men for 4 hours, however a 4th showed up as well. I was fine with the 4th guy since all 4 of them worked to move the boxes and furniture quickly. The problems came later in the night. First my husband asked that they moved the couch through the sliding door since it couldn't go down the narrow hallway. The leader of the group (Mr. Lee) said he was going to go through the hallway anyway and he ended up scratching our brand new wood floor. Another worker who was with him apologized for him. I am aware that stuff can happen during a move, but he could have at least pretending like he cared that he damaged the floor.
Another issue came from the payment of the fourth worker. One worker said he spoke to their boss (Linda) and she was going to work out how to pay him with me after the job was done. However, at the end of the night Mr. lee started demanding that I pay cash for the worker. I asked why one worker said one thing and he said another, and then Mr. Lee started screaming at everyone. he demanded the money, he started cursing at the other worker, and he even went as far as calling the other gentleman the N-word. Using that word is so offensive to use in any situation. Plus he said it in front of my 4 year old daughter. He still continued to yell at the other man even as they were walking out of the door. I generally tip, but they were too busy yelling and walking out the door that I wasn't about to go chasing after them when things were so heated. I actually feel bad for the other 2 guys who had nothing to do with it, but were stuck in the middle. It was a shame that things ended so poorly because of one or two workers. The moved a lot and did a good job prior to that. However, the lack of professionalism at the end of the job and the language used definitly left a bad taste in my mouth.
I did eventually speak to their boss Linda and she was wonderful. We discussed things and she took care of everything perfectly. At least that conversation showed that the company as a whole is not unprofessional.

The two fellows worked very very hard. I appreciated what they did for us. My husband is 85 and I am 84 there is no way we could have done it without them. They came very promptly, in fact they came a little earlier. The job took 3 hours and we were very happy with their work. I would recommend them. They worked very very hard. They worked steadily they did not take any breaks.

The two gentlemen were on-time and very efficient. They were quick and extremely careful with my wooden furniture and other items. This was no easy task considering the very unfriendly walls of the close-quarters stairwell that they had to ascend multiple times. Both movers were friendly, polite and professional. I would recommend Alliance and will hire them again, when needed.

Antonio and Mr Williams were 5 minutes early for the job. They were incredibly helpful as I showed them the job and the equipment. Once I showed them what needed to be moved I was able to work on another project , leaving them to finish up with little to no supervision. They were polite and respectful and once they completed their job with some time to spare
Mr. Williams suggested how they could best help me finish the rest of my work. They were worth every penny and I would hire Alliance again in a heartbeat.

The individuals were slow and often times taking breaks frequently. The amount of work completed by the 2 individuals in Virginia was not as productive as the 2 individuals in colorado

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
