My team showed up 50 minutes late. That's 50 minutes past the end of the one hour window. I was a little taken back that the team consisted of a guy and a woman. When you think of hiring someone to help you move things, I think of someone burly or muscular. I never thought about a petite female showing up with a slender male partner. I didn't have too heavy of items, but did have some that I considered bulky with some weight and the team did very well in moving them from the second floor to the basement. I do think it would be good to have some kind of profile choice for the customer in the descriptions. I have no prejudice against a female mover, and there are plenty of females who can easily out task me, but I think if I would have had several 200 pound pieces of furniture, it may have been a challenge. Because the team showed up 50 minutes late, I had to have them come back later as I already had plans that didn't fit their schedule. They did show up fairly close to on time at that point, and worked hard. Because I had already worked the one hour and 50 minutes before they showed up the first time, we now only had about half of the items left, so I didn't need them for the full two hours. They did well treating my items with respect. The team was "nice" so if you need a nice team to get your work done, and you don't care about your schedule, then this couple is fine. If you have a lot of heavy stuff that needs moved in a timely manner, you may want to consider another team.

The guys worked hard and helped with reassembling a day bed and office L-shaped desk. They were courteous and handled everything they moved with care. They finished within the 2 hour time frame I had set up. I would definitely use them again.

For us this was just "ok" because: I wrote requirements for furniture dolly, hand truck and basic tools to reassemble furniture (like beds, table legs etc.) that were taken apart for ease of transport. This was not supplied, even though these things are checked on the website as being available. Arrival was late, so there wasn't as much light, while bringing items out of the container, as there could have been. Aside from the above issues the work was done with care and Michael is a hard worker. I would use them again for moving items around, redecorating etc.

We underestimated the amount we had to move and they stayed for an extra couple hours without blinking. No scratches on the walls or floors and they packed things into the truck as tightly as possible. Very nice guys, easy to work with, would definitely recommend them.
