We had very heavy bedroom and office furniture. We also had stairs, so I’m sure it wasn’t a pleasure move. Not sure if they may have needed to send one more helper but I think it was to much for these two guys. Although I have rustic taste and furniture that is vintage and with a worn look. The furniture that didn’t have the rustic look, now does!
Company is very professional in their communication, but the help needed help. We did tip because it was a hard job but did get some damage furniture!??

The two men arrived on time and ready to work. We had a very tightly packed 20-foot U-Haul. They unloaded efficiently, moved boxes and other things to where we asked. In addition to boxes, we had a new washer, dryer and refrigerator, all in original packing which they carefully removed. They got the washer and dryer in without too much difficulty, but the refrigerator, after they removed some handle mounts, barely got through the front door. They were very careful and nothing was damaged or broken. They were respectful and did a fine job without wasting time. I was surprised that they were able to complete the task in the two hours scheduled. I would definitely use them again.

They started working as soon as they arrived. Pleasant and helpful. Combined loads of boxes to move more than one box at a time. Actually done in 1 hour. Would use again.

They did a good job , They were about an hr late but they said there was an accident on the way. I has asked for 3 men but only 2 showed up , but it worked out to my favor. Id use them again

We hired 3 guys for 4 hours, Greg, Shawn and Hugo. While I initially thought all was going well there were a few times when I heard a dresser being dropped on the stairs, my daughter saw them drop a whole loaded dolly of boxes and when we arrived to our destination and started unpacking I am finding so many broken things. Our brand new dressers have dents, scratches and big gouges, chunks taken out of them! The dresser that was dropped has a broken support beam on the bottom. Let me add that every single piece of furniture was wrapped with blankets, cardboard on top of dressers and then all wrapped with big industrial rolls of pallet wrap. I al still waiting for someone to get back to me and see how they can rectify this because I am so upset and our stuff looks trashed!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The versatility and the scenery I get to see while traveling to each customer address. The thrill of setting my own schedule and being able to control how much money I make.

Mhp 105 and 106 course for Movers. On the job training.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
