C & C were great to work with. They communicated clearly, confirmed our times and address the day before, and arrived early ready to go. I used them to pack all of our items from our 2 story house on to the truck. They did a great job. They also unloaded the truck and helped us move into our new house. Great company. I would use them again.

The movers were running behind schedule due to their previous job that required more time. They were very apologetic and friendly, but that meant
they had to work into the night time therefore limiting their vision. They had the equipment to move my furniture/belongings, but some of the items were not placed correctly or securely. I would probably use them again, but would be more watchful on how they would load up my belongings.

They were so quick and efficient. Much quicker than I could get it done with a few friends. I bought 3 hours to be safe but the two movers only took about 45 minutes to complete the job!

We hired C&C based on the reviews but we ended up with a poor service experience. I have to say the guys were very nice and our coordinator at C&C was nice as well but.....The guys were supposed to arrive at 8am and ultimately started at 8:50am. About 15 minutes after they started they had to stop for 10 minutes because they had also been booked at another job for the same time so they had to clear that up. The biggest problem though was that they dropped our refrigerator and damaged it. Ultimately we will have to replace it and are only going to be given $204 dollars as compensation so we will be out of pocket about $900 to replace it. I was speaking with C&C directly about it but my last email has gone unanswered and now it looks like we are just stuck. Even though the people are nice, I cannot recommend C&C for any moving needs.

After speaking with the very nice and informative owner, I was told the workers are always told to show up 10 to 15 minutes earlier, but our movers were 15 minutes late. They also did damage a few wood pieces that are going to be hard to repair, as well as a few corners in our new home. My mom and my friend used them, and that's where I got the referral from. It was cheap labor and they got most of our stuff moved in the time frame we reserved, so all I can say is you get what you pay for.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Movers will arrive 10 minutes prior, do a walk-through, and get right to work. No slackers here. We value our customers time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer should be ready upon our arrival, everything boxed. If we are loading, Customer should have tie-downs, so, that we can secure everything into their trucks and nothing shifts while it’s being driven. This prevents damage.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local, residential, commercial, and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of moving is getting to know our customers and meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We are huge on customer service. We have thorough training on loading and unloading. We packed a very tight truck, that even a car key cannot fit between the boxes. The worst thing is for our customers to have to leave something behind.
