Rude, degrading, stepping on our belongings, calling all of our personal property garbage and it needs to be thrown away. Packed our household trash in the container with our other property until I asked why they are packing my trash in the container.
Wanted me to tip them and pay them extra, packed my vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies, making me go buy them again so I can clean.
Packed my daughters garbage can from her room(still had garbage in it).
Acted like We were not important.
Will not use them again.
We were only contracted to load 2 containers and we did so carefully, tightly, and ahead of schedule. When we arrived, the home and garage were heavily filled with unsorted items, making it impossible to navigate. Although packing was not part of the agreement, we took the initiative to box loose items in order to create a safe and workable path.
At no point did we ask for extra payment beyond the agreed-upon rate. We simply followed standard procedure by requesting payment upon completion. As for the suggestion that we intentionally packed “trash,” we had no way to distinguish certain items from those intended to be kept, since they were not separated, labeled, or disposed of prior to our arrival.
We regret that our efforts weren’t appreciated in your review. We take pride in maintaining professionalism; even in the most difficult environments, and we stand by the quality of the work we performed. The Packers and loaders and Kentucky were great. I would give them a five star. When it came down here, they unloaded put most of it in the hallway where they couldn’t get through themselves they did set the bed up. I got caught up in traffic so naturally, they were not on time. Hopefully they’ll do well in their life. They were too young men wish him good luck.

My customers can count on the arrival of knowledgeable moving experts ready to work hard to get the job done the right way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
I always tell my customers that the most important part of preparation is having miscellaneous items packed into boxes for us to carry out. The same goes for glass and fragile items inside of drawers and cabinets, safely pad and box them separately for transport or have your service provider handle the box packing if it is part of the service.
What types of moves have you handled?
I handle both commercial and residential moves. I've handles specialty items, rare finds, antiques, statues, pianos, safes, fine art...
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The most satisfying part of being a mover is the smile on my client's face once they realize that their belongings are in good hands. My favorite part of this career is that I'm always building new relations and meeting new people with unique stories and up-comings.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained to attend to details. Anybody can man handle a piece a furniture, but it takes a trained mover to disassemble, pad, wrap and safely handle significant belongings with care. This is especially important when it comes to baby grand pianos, safes and appliances.
