The crew was an hour and a half late, did not come prepared with any moving straps, dollies, water, etc. Moved very slowly, took a lot of unnecessary 10+ minute breaks, carried boxes upside down, dropped them on the floor, left their trash in my apartment stairwell, used my restroom numerous times without permission, made inappropriate comments about the items they were moving, boxes were crushed and left drenched in sweat. I had numerous broken glass items because they dropped boxes and didn't carry them right-side up. My filing cabinet was badly scratched. The workers took 1.5 hours longer than they needed to because of their slowness and many breaks. One man kept looking at me inappropriately and it made me feel unsafe. They stood around in the parking lot talking to a woman in a car and to my buildings' maintenance worker. This was an awful experience and I will never use this company again.

I couldn’t say enough great things about the team. Great communication prior to the move, called to confirm ahead of time and arrived right on schedule! The team moved very quickly and took great care of our belongings. Conversation and communication throughout the move was top notch. The team was superb, I couldn’t recommend them any more highly!

We were in a bind as our movers from NY would not drive into our complex. They moved our stuff into a U-haul and we were on our own. We found Top of the Line through a google search. They were awesome. Highly recommend them and will be using them if we move again.

Travis & Dorian did an excellent job, Arrived on time, were well prepared, and worked hard to get everything offloaded. Very personable and considerate, would certainly recommend them!

They did not show for the job and completely cut off all communication when I started asking questions. I had spoken to Travis a few days before the job to confirm the details, and had texted again the morning of it. When the team hadn't showed over an hour after the end of their scheduled arrival window and I reached out to Travis, and he deflected my question requesting an update. We attempted to call him when we neared the two hours late mark and he had turned off his phone so that my family and the Hire-a-Helper booking office could not reach him. Communication from Top of the Line Moves was never received and we had to book our job with a different company. Do not book them, they are unreliable and show a dismal failure to communicate.
