They did not show for the job and completely cut off all communication when I started asking questions. I had spoken to Travis a few days before the job to confirm the details, and had texted again the morning of it. When the team hadn't showed over an hour after the end of their scheduled arrival window and I reached out to Travis, and he deflected my question requesting an update. We attempted to call him when we neared the two hours late mark and he had turned off his phone so that my family and the Hire-a-Helper booking office could not reach him. Communication from Top of the Line Moves was never received and we had to book our job with a different company. Do not book them, they are unreliable and show a dismal failure to communicate.

Who ever was supposed to be here first never showed up. They was scheduled to be here at 9:00-10:00. By 10:30 started calling hire a helper to see what was the delay. I called three times to hire helpers and finally one gentleman name Rashad showed up at 12:00 and said the other gentleman had car trouble and he had to go pick him up. They both returned at 12:45. This is now my second time I had problems with hire a helper being prompt. My first experience was in March 2021. Rashad was very nice and respectful and so was his partner. They did a excellent job and I’m sorry for this long review but I was very upset for the tardiness for the second time especially after being told it wouldn’t happen again.
