Chris and Jay came through right on time and took the burden of all the heavy lifting. They got several huge pieces up three flights in way under 2 hours and helped way more than expected. Awesome service.

They arrived within the specified window and immediately got to work. They definitely loaded more than we would have been able to with their system. When they arrived to the new house to unload, they did seem a tad irritated but again, quickly got to work (and were likely just tired and hot). A few dings and scratches on the walls but that’s to be expected regardless and our dining table did break a little during loading... but overall we would recommend and use them again! These gentlemen work fast and were very easy to work with and we needed less than an hour over our pre-booked time thanks to their speed.
Update: they really struggled getting our washer up the stairs and we were just glad we weren’t the ones doing it but discovered a considerable dent to the pedestal drawer that has completely locked the drawer shut. We store cleaning supplies in there and there’s so way of getting them out now. Very disappointed. Would have been more understanding had they pointed it out (no way they didn’t notice)

They were on time, prepared and worked hard.
They were easy to get along with and had some independent ideas of how to load an 8ft x 8ft x 16ft pod containing woodworking equipment.
They had a good sense of humor.
I would them again in a heart beat.

It was a ton of work. Actually, 11.5 tons moved up a flight of stairs...Actually, 1.5 flights. Then loading into a 53’ trailer the next day. On time, great attitude, excellent patience, creative, well organized, excellent communication.
And it rained. This team was awesome!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .
