They dropped my grandfather clock can not be repaired $3550 in that. They tied a strap around my curio cabinet that was glass and broke the glass $95 service call on the glass and $200 for the glass hire helper has done nothing to help brand new bedroom set all scratched up and top it off they took my tv box $19.00 to use for packing I have supplied them with over 30 blankets. The owner William I spoke to and told him the two things that meant a lot to me was the curio and the grandfather clock he assured me they would be ok. The movers put the clock in the moving truck and walked away and it dropped and broke the face and crack the clock-in half the clock in the back was gone I packed it with bubble wrap paper blanket and cardboard and put cardboard on the chimes and took the pendant out and the weights hire helper said I didn’t pack it right are you kidding me. So disgusted and then charge me over $700.

One of the owners and his assistant packed our truck for us. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. They worked quickly and had our entire packing job done in a little over an hour. Upon reaching our destination, there was no damage whatsoever to our belongings. Highly recommend this company.

The positives: I was impressed with the lead guy, as he seemed to know what he was doing and was respectful and helpful. They took a load off of us by helping us carry the big heavy things to our pod. They were kind enough to move a piano for us even though they technically didn't have to.
The negatives: They arrived in 2 separate cars and the guys in the 2nd car came in smelling like pot. They they dropped the piano they moved for us. They broke the washer pan in the laundry room while moving them out. They put a hole the size of a quarter in the wall of my guest room while moving furniture. If I didn't keep sending them back in the house for more things, a couple of the guys would just stand around doing nothing. They did not explain their warranty of the things being placed in the pod till their time was almost over. The owner of the company stopped by and was very rude.

We have done everything from a 7' pod load to loading a five bedroom home into three u-hauls , driving them to Utah from Tennessee.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We practice using shoulder straps to lift and move heavy items safely.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
