A few things were left in the basement when doing the final walk-through but I found them and got it taken care of other than that they were great I remember Paul's name but I forget the other person's name

The crew called me before to let me know their arrival time. They packed the POD quite well, but my only complaint is that they did not use plastic around the furniture to protect it, aside from the moving blankets I provided. Due to the shifting of the container during transit, some items were partially damaged. I realize this is not their fault, but there could have been less if they had secured the furniture more. Otherwise, the crew was very friendly and efficient.
