I used HireAHelper since I was not familiar with who I should use to unload my 26' UCart. I needed some flexibility with the unload dates due to a 3 day delivery schedule window for my 1,100 mile move to Colorado Springs. The communication with Kyle was excellent and his crew showed up on schedule resulting in an excellent unload. I give Gorilla Men my full recommendation and will use them again in upcoming moves for my fiancée and daughter as they also plan to relocate to the Springs.

They did arrive on time. My initial order was for 3 movers for 4 hours. Then that was changed to needling a forth guy, which if he was really needed, I was okay with that. However, the Forth guys showed up a few hours later and didn't do much. (Unlessit involvedhis cell phone) He was there to help move my treadmill because it's so heavy, but as it turned out the man in charge and my self did most of the moving of the treadmill. So, I was charged for a lpp0ml man that was NOT needed!! Then, unloading at my new home, which was 4 Houses down, they stacked my LABELED BOXES in my garage. Some were stacked, several were just thrown. They clearly said where they said the were to go. My childerns hockey table legs were clearly broken. Only one of our beds were put together. Currently, I'm still sleeping on my couch. They took my front door off at my old house and never put it back on. So the left me to do. And my flat screen TV, large wood desk, and a few heavy bins are still sitting at my old house. I am just very disappointed in the service I received and the cost I had to pay.
