Excellent. Simply excellent. There were a number of logistical challenges beyond anyone’s control that made their job more challenging. Not a single complaint, they overcame each obstacle with grace and good humor. They were extremely careful and loaded efficiently. Even with the challenges, they finished within the allotted time. Would definitely use again!

Maurice and Zeke(Alex) were fantastic. Called just before arrival, had 1 u-pack cube unloaded in the first hour, everything else unloaded within 2 hours. And that’s with 2 flights of stairs.

I hired two helpers for three hours. In reality, one worker did about 90–97% of the work while the other contributed very little. As a result, the move took longer than it should have and I was billed for extra time.
For comparison, it took two competent helpers just 1 hour and 15 minutes to load my container. Which is arguably a harder process organizing everything to fit everything into the container. There was no legitimate reason for this job to run past the allotted time except for the lack of effort from one of the workers.
When I raised my concerns, the company offered unacceptable excuses, such as “you only paid for two flights of stairs but you’re on the third floor” and “there was a hallway to get to your apartment.” To be clear, there are only two flights of stairs to reach the third floor, which is standard for any apartment building and well within what movers should expect.
I do not recommend this company. If you want efficient, professional movers who respect your time and budget, look elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We had the same guys twice, and had excellent service. On time, communicated, positive, fast moving. Could not recommend enough honestly. Not a single complaint even though it was 90+ outside. Special shoutout to Marcus for his attention to detail and service.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We are the over and beyond crew so anything to make the move go smooth we are willing to do it.But if a customer is trying to stay within a particular time frame it’s best to have everything ready( everything boxed and labeled,beds broke down,tv’s dismounted etc...
What types of moves have you handled?
Our specialty is residential moving whether local or long distance.but we have moved offices,businesses and churches.

To witness the customer stressful,doubtful state transform into pure satisfaction.We live for that moment
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of my crew members have years of experience but in addition to that we have training videos that we watch and discuss.plus we get together regularly and demonstrate we we learn
