Requested 2:00 PM. Was told that crew would be an hour late. At 3:00, I received a call from Shannon saying that first crew was delayed, but that he and his team would be there shortly. Upon arriving at 3:35, Shannon and his crew were had at work and were extremely accommodating. Couldn't sing their praises more for the hard work they put in. Had it not been for the delay, I would have rated you all a 5. Thank you Shannon for coming through when I really felt that I had made a bad decision!

The guys that did the actual move were great (5 star). But, I was scheduled for Friday am and they got there Sunday about an hour before I had to leave for the airport. I have them scheduled to move everything back upstairs on 11-21-14 hopefully they can be there when scheduled.
